GuestbookWhats on your mind !Maureen from Burnmouth Posted by HELEN ANDERSON on 04 February 2012 Interested to read that as Maureen reported death of Ailsie Martin - see other comments. If you see her could you ask what quality of life Ailsie had in her last few years of life. I remember visiting her in childhood - many years ago! Now living in New Zealand! Posted by Helen A on 05 February 2012 Hi Helen Anderson - I don't like putting my details on the web, but good to know Maureen is well. When next in Eyemouth I'll watch out for her in those coffee places. Best regards, A. Posted by Angie on 05 February 2012 Maureen I'd love to meet up with Maureen, daughter of Jane and Bob but don't know her married name or address. Can anyone help? Posted by Angie on 02 February 2012 Think her married name is LUKE used to be OWEN. Now living in Eyemouth i think. Posted by Anon on 03 February 2012 Burnmouth B&B's Not sure if anyone can help or not, but my daughter and her fella are looking for a b&b in Burnmouth this Saturday night. Preferably with a nice comfy double bed :-) (Loves young dream). Thought there used to be a few options but can' t seem to dine anything. Hope you all like that will do some more soon my fingers are sore:) Posted by brian bell on 06 January 2012 Surely the poet's name is incorrect - it must have been William Shakespeare! Posted by Jackie on 22 January 2012 Old Post Card Comment is asked re last old post card. Surely that is the Martin's house on right, looking up Cowdrait to the west. From the 1950s to late 1970s the house on left was owned/occupied by Ailsie Martin and in the 50s had a postbox in the wall. Posted by Helen on 03 January 2012 Correction - meant to say house on RIGHT in last sentence, and the direction is NORTH, not west!! Posted by Helen on 03 January 2012 View All Posts, Ever! High Street in Eyemouth
I suggest you leave your
name and number and someone
can pass it on to her.
If you frequent Eyemouth
local restaurants, I am sure
you will find her having a
coffee. None of the family
live in Burnmouth.
She is very well and I saw
her this past summer in
Eyemouth
